Provincial Controls is pleased to announce that we are now authorized Value Added Reseller, providing sales & support for EMPHATEC products, to the customers in Sarnia-Lambton area. 

In October 2003, EMPHATEC was established and incorporated, as a Company under private ownership. Prior to this date, they were the Engineering and Production division of Weidmuller Ltd. (Canada). Their mandate within the Weidmuller group, was to design and produce application specific products to customer specifications, as well as, to fill gaps within the standard product offering. Their focus and dedication to providing customers with solutions has not changed and continues to be their priority. 

Since 1988 (as a division Weidmuller), EMPHATEC, has produced everything from simple interface products consisting of little more than a single component inside a DIN rail mounted terminal block to analog signal conditioners and custom microprocessor based controllers. Switchmode power supply design is another core competence and they have used this to produce highly differentiated products specifically for industrial and process automation applications.

Provincial Controls is now authorized reseller for MACTek products

Provincial Controls is pleased to announce that we are now authorized reseller providing sales support for MACTek Corporation to the customers in Eastern Canada.

 

MACTek designs, manufactures and sells components, software, and products for the open, digital communication networks for factory automation and process control called fieldbus networks. The company was founded in December 1993, and shipped its first products, the VlATOR RS232 and PCMCIA Interfaces for HART networks, in March 1995. MACTek serves the measurement and control industry to the exclusion of all other markets.
