Instrumentation Technician / Inside Sales - Part Time

We are seeking an Instrumentation Technician cum Inside Sales Specialist for our Sarnia office. The ideal candidate should have either educational background or work experience in Instrumentation, controls or electrical discipline including calibration, repair, installation & start-up of instrumentation & controls equipment. Data Communications, Networking & Fiber Optics knowledge will be a plus but not essential. The candidate must have pleasant people skills and aptitude to learn in a fast paced technical environment. Some travel will be required.
Responsibility includes service, assembly, repair & calibration of instrumentation & controls equipment at our shop and at our customers facilities, Fiber Optics termination, direct dealing with customers, making & following up quotations, entering purchase orders, dealing with our suppliers, invoicing, shipping, receiving & delivery to our customers.
Currently this position is part time only (preferably 8AM to 12 Noon).
